Who bills you for what. Your site runs on your own Cloudflare account, and most sites pay Cloudflare nothing. A very busy site may need Cloudflare's $5-a-month plan; Cloudflare charges that to your card, not us. Technical details: Cloudflare's free plan covers 100,000 requests a day, 5 GB of content storage and 10 GB of images and files, with free bandwidth. Is offloadcms really free?
Yes. The CMS and every feature are free on every account, for as many sites as you like, each in your own Cloudflare account. Every site gets all 38 themes, a custom domain, comments and no offloadcms branding. You pay only for what we run for you: requests to our AI, an automated migration, or a person's time.
Where does my site live, and why is it fast?
Your posts, pages and images are stored in your own Cloudflare account. When you publish, we turn them into ready-made web pages, so visitors and search engines get a fast page with nothing to build or load first.
Can I migrate an existing WordPress site?
Yes. Today one of us moves it for you, as an assisted migration from $149: posts, pages, categories and tags, custom fields, images, and your page addresses come across intact. An automated migration, priced by the number of posts and pages, is opening soon.
What happens to my WordPress SEO?
Your page addresses stay the same, so existing links and search results keep working. Every page also carries the hidden labels that Google and AI search tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity read to understand what the page is about.
What do I pay for?
Only what costs us money or time. AI credits cost $10 for 200 and never expire; every account starts with 25. Running the assistant on Cloudflare's built-in AI or your own AI key costs nothing here. Migration jobs and human help are priced on the services page. Hosting is your own Cloudflare account, which is $0 for most sites.
What's an AI credit?
One credit is one request to the assistant while it uses our AI, such as "draft a post about our summer menu" or "publish this page". However many steps a request takes behind the scenes, it counts once. Credits never expire. When they run out, buy more from Billing, or switch the assistant to Cloudflare's built-in AI or your own AI key, which cost nothing here.
How do refunds work?
Credit purchases go through Polar, our payment partner: Polar takes the payment, sends your receipt and handles sales tax. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. Work done by a person is invoiced by us directly and refunded the same way it was paid.
