Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how refunds work for what offloadcms sells: prepaid AI credit packs and automated migration jobs, paid through Polar as Merchant of Record, and human services, invoiced separately. There are no subscriptions.

01Nothing to cancel

Every purchase is one-time. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel; the software stays free whether or not you buy anything.

02Refund eligibility

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review a refund in good faith. Refunds are generally not provided after that window, except where required by law.

03How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Polar to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

04Human services

Assisted migration and paid support are agreed by contact and invoiced outside Polar; their refund terms are set in that agreement.

05Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first at hello@offloadcms.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension.
