Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid offloadcms plans. Payments are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record.

01Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

02Refund eligibility

If you are not satisfied, contact us within [14] days of a charge and we will review a refund in good faith. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods after that window, except where required by law.

03How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Polar to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

04Agency & custom plans

Done-for-you and custom engagements are governed by their separate order form or statement of work.

05Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first at hello@offloadcms.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension.
